FileZilla Server → Edit → Settings → Passive mode settings →
Use custom port range 7000-7010 → OK

在 Windows 防火牆開啟 Filezilla passive mode 對應埠即可。

若 Passive mode 仍是無法使用，則可能需指定自己對外的 Public IP，
或是使用 Retrieve external IP address from:
