On Server 2003、XP。
Server 端採預設安裝，語言記得選英文，裝好會要求重開機，
重開之後進入 SoftEther Virtual HUB Administration，勾選 localhost 進入操控台，
第一次進入會要求設定密碼，輸入兩次後就可以進入管理畫面，
選 1 - User Administration → 2 - Create User →
Create New User.
